FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY IN MALAYSIA & SINGAPORE
We offer FREE Express Delivery in Malaysia (on all orders) and Singapore (on orders over RM180). *Orders in Malaysia are delivered via J&T Express, while Singapore orders are delivered via Fedex, and take 2-3 working days to arrive. Your order will be processed and shipped within a few days of purchase, subject to stock availability and quality checks. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. After the order is dispatched, a delivery confirmation email with the courier information and tracking number will be sent to you.
IN-STORE PICKUP (*Only available at Bangsar Village II, Kuala Lumpur)
To expedite processing, you may choose to pick up your order at our store in Bangsar Village II, Kuala Lumpur. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for an appointment so that we can prepare and have your order ready for collection.

All international orders are shipped via Fedex. Shipping charges are as follows:
- Singapore: FREE Shipping for orders over RM180. Orders under RM180 will have a shipping rate of RM60 to Singapore.
- Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam: RM80 or FREE Shipping for orders over RM400.
- USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Brunei, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos: RM110 or FREE Shipping for orders over RM550.
- All Other Countries: RM150 or FREE Shipping for orders over RM750.
*International standard shipping takes up to 3-5 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Delivery time may be longer during peak/festive season and bad weather conditions, and may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or any other addresses not covered by Federal Express delivery.
IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
For international orders outside of Malaysia, import tax and duties may be applicable, depending on the destination country. You are responsible for all import tax and duties. The courier or your local post office will contact you with further details for customs clearance. *Please note that customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery time.
PRESENCE Paris is not responsible for any import tax and duties incurred on your orders. The charges for your orders are determined by the customs office of the destination country. The total amount at our checkout page does not include import tax and duties, and you may be required to pay them to the courier upon delivery.
For further details of the custom fees, we recommend you to contact the local customs office before placing an order.
We offer PAYPAL as our payment gateway. PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at www.paypal.com. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with any queries you have regarding your order.
Our ability to ship your order to you is only as good as the information that you provide us. Whether you are ordering products for yourself or others, you must ensure that you provide us with an accurate address. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures if you don’t give us the correct address or if it is an address that we can’t perform delivery to. If a shipment is returned as unclaimed, undeliverable, regardless of the reason, we shall be entitled to keep you liable for the shipping and handling fees that were associated with that shipment.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Due to the signed-for nature of deliveries, we recommend that items be sent to a work or home address in order to avoid any delays in receiving your items.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment; that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. In the event that we make a change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Shipping will be done according to the costs and methods described on our website. Once we ship your item, we are no longer responsible for its condition or delivery to your chosen address. Any claims for damages on the item should be filed by you against the shipper.
